Outrun Nook Barn, Crook, LA8 9HS

The directions below bring you along the Crook Road which is a slightly faster route than winding through the lanes from Crook itself.

- Exit the M6 at Junction 36 and follow the A591 to the Lake District.

- At the roundabout take the first exit sign posted Crook (and Hawkshead via ferry).

- Continue on this road for several miles passing the Sun Inn and the Wild Boar.

- Continue 0.3 mile after The Gilpin Hotel.

- Take the turning on your right into a lane sign posted "gated road ahead" (blue sign). A fishing tarn should be on your left.

- Follow this lane for 0.9 mile

- Outrun Nook Barn is just behind Outrun Nook farmhouse.

PARKING

When you arrive please follow the advice regarding parking and please note the field by the barn doesn’t belong to the property so please don’t drive on the grass (also there are deep grooves hidden by the grass).

There is a space outside the barn (in front of the wall) for unloading only.

Once you have unloaded there is a driveway a little further along the lane where you can turn around easily, or alternatively you can reverse back to the parking area in front of the single storey building and park.

All will become clear when you arrive!
